Pendulation meditation / exercise is the practice of shifting bodily sensations or emotions between those areas of expanded emotions ( joy, happiness, gratitude) and contracted states ( anger, fear, anxiety ). On a high level healing occurs in the practice of titrating our felt sense of awareness in negative and also positive emotional states.
